- The Doctors' e-Cohort Study began recruiting participants earlier this year. The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), Medical Board of Queensland and various registration bodies in Australia have greatly assisted us with recruitment.
- To date we have many participants from a variety of medical backgrounds and we invite all other medical practitioners to join the study.
PROJECT FUNDING
- Receipt of more than $300,000 over five years as part of the Linkage Grant scheme administered by the Australian Research Council has provided the funds to establish the Doctors' e-cohort Study. Queensland Health has committed $50,000 per annum for five years and will also support a PhD scholarship for the study. The study is also fortunate enough to have the in-kind support of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
