Dr. Marie-Louise Dick; MBBS, MPH, FRACGP [Study Director]
Dr. Marie-Louise Dick is a Senior Lecturer in General Practice in the School of Medicine, and works part time in clinical practice in Brisbane. She was awarded her Fellowship in the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1993, and a Masters of Public Health at The University of Queensland in 1997.
Marie-Louise is heavily involved in the development and delivery of the medical (MBBS) program at the University of Queensland. She spent six years chairing the Population & Preventive Health Domain within the post-graduate medical program, and twelve months chairing the School of Medicine’s Teaching & Learning Committee. She currently coordinates the MBBS Program’s Year Three General Practice and Community Core Clinical Rotation.
Marie-Louise’s current research interests include women’s health, medical education, disease prevention, and the management of chronic diseases in general practice.
